CAIO INVESTS IN ANOTHER EDITION OF THE INTERNSHIP PROGRAM “TALENTOS DO FUTURO [TALENTS OF THE FUTURE]”
2024-03-04Grupo Caio’s Internship Program, launched in 2016, offers opportunities to university students who intend to substantiate and develop their professional lives, while they are attending their university courses.
The Program “Talentos do Futuro”, which involves all the companies of the Group, aims to qualify students and prepare them for the challenges of the labor market.
The eighth class started its activities in February 2024 and 26 interns are participating in this edition. They have been assigned to different areas of the company, such as Production, Maintenance, Marketing, Methods and Processes, Human Resources, and others.
“This experience is extremely valuable for university students, as it allows them to apply what they have learned and experience the reality of the profession, knowing the processes intimately, overcoming challenges and learning with opportunities. The program is composed of a theoretical and practical methodology for the intern to develop technical and behavioral competencies that contribute to strengthen their performance and make them a successful and differentiated professional. Our program allows the development of talents according to the specific needs of the company, bringing new perspectives, innovative ideas, energy and enthusiasm. It also contributes to the qualification of new professionals for the internal talent pool and preparation for the labor market”, says Inez Daroz, supervisor of Recruitment & Selection, Training & Development.
This path involves a two-way exchange between interns and companies. The students embark on a dynamic journey of technical knowledge, self-awareness, and personal growth. The companies receive updated concepts and new tools.
